Creative Passover Recipes
Keeping kosher for Passover can feel restricting, but it doesn’t have to be! In fact, it’s a great way to get creative with your meals and think outside of the box. Try:
Swapping spaghetti with spaghetti squash
Breading chicken or fish with matzah meal, crush potato chips, or cereal
Using lettuce wraps for burger or sandwiches
Swapping rice for riced cauliflower
The possibilities for matzah toppings are endless (think toast toppings)! Here are a few ideas:
Scrambled eggs and cheese
Lox, cream cheese, and dill
Avocado mash, soft boiled eggs, and chili crisp
Goat cheese and beets
Ricotta, apples, and honey
Peanut butter and sriracha
Pizza
