Creative Passover Recipes

Keeping kosher for Passover can feel restricting, but it doesn’t have to be! In fact, it’s a great way to get creative with your meals and think outside of the box. Try:

  • Swapping spaghetti with spaghetti squash

  • Breading chicken or fish with matzah meal, crush potato chips, or cereal

  • Using lettuce wraps for burger or sandwiches

  • Swapping rice for riced cauliflower

The possibilities for matzah toppings are endless (think toast toppings)! Here are a few ideas:

  • Scrambled eggs and cheese

  • Lox, cream cheese, and dill

  • Avocado mash, soft boiled eggs, and chili crisp

  • Goat cheese and beets

  • Ricotta, apples, and honey

  • Peanut butter and sriracha

  • Pizza
