Hi, I’m Paige. Between my mom, Plated, and my favorite cookbooks and food bloggers, I learned how to cook. By day, I run the social media at Fridge No More, a 15-minute grocery delivery company in NYC. By night, I’m a foodie who loves to cook and inspire others, documenting it all through my Instagram account, @PaigePlates, which I started two weeks before the pandemic lockdown. The kitchen is my happy place, and cooking is therapeutic to me.I strive for every meal I make to be healthy, quick, inexpensive, waste-conscious, and most importantly, creative. I recently completed six courses to earn my Nutrition & Healthy Living Certificate from eCornell.In addition to cooking for myself, when there’s not a pandemic, I love hosting friends for parties and Shabbat dinners in my NYC apartment.
